🌿 LAST FEW SPACES LEFT 🌿

✨ RELEASE • RESTORE • RENEW ✨

Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sauna, rejuvenation, and deep sound meditation as we work with the energies of the approaching 🌕 Full Moon.

🔥 Begin the evening with the soothing heat of the sauna and a nourishing salt scrub, with the option of a refreshing cool dip for those who wish to experience it. This powerful combination can help boost circulation, support detoxification, ease muscle tension, and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.

🎶 From there, settle into a deeply immersive Sound Meditation. Using vibration and frequency to support the nervous system, sound therapy encourages the body to restore balance, release tension, and reconnect with its natural ability to heal.

🌀 The evening also includes an Attuning to Your Full Potential Experience and Chakra Energy Balancing. Through intuitive guidance and vibration, we will work with the body’s energy centres, helping to bring balance and alignment where it is needed most. With bowls placed on and over the body, the vibrations can be felt deeply, creating a powerful sense of relaxation and energetic harmony.

💫 Together, these experiences are designed to support the theme of ✨ Release • Restore • Renew ✨ — helping you let go of tension, clear away what no longer serves you, restore balance, and create space for new possibilities.

🌕 Taking place just before the Full Moon on the 30th, whose energies invite us to:

✨ Clear the decks
🌿 Detox and reset
⚖️ Restore work-life balance
🌱 Create space for growth and new opportunities

Trust the process, release what no longer serves you, and create space for something new.
