**APPRECIATION POST**

The committee and families of Neil and Adrian would like to take this opportunity to thank every business and individual that sponsored the unbelievable raffle and auction prizes or made cash donations over the weekend or through the Go Fund Me link in aid of the IMNDA and JCMRU.

We want to give a big thank you to Joe Armstrong, Brian Danny Minnie, Hugie Boyle, Eoin Ferry Music , Pat Duffy and Stephen Campbell, Mark the Ramper, Fiddlestyxs and DJ Liam Bonner who provided music over the weekend. A big thanks to all of the marching bands for coming out despite the conditions 🥁. The auction was a huge success and this was down to the unreal job that Michelle Nic Grianna done which provided a lot of entertainment on the night. Thank you to Eoin Mcgarvey and Brid Sweeney for capturing the weekend as well. 🙏🙏

We’d also like to thank the Gillespies who selected the Irish Motor Neuron Disease Association as one of their charities to donate the proceeds of the Benny’s Summer Shindeg in memory of Benny Gillespie. 🙏

We were completely overwhelmed by the support and generosity of the local community and beyond, it’s a huge testament to our community. What started as a very small idea went above and beyond what we could’ve imagined.

We are delighted to announce that all together we have raised over €32,000. This wouldn’t have been possible without all of you and we are so happy to be able to give this money to these two very deserving charities.💚💚🤍🤍

What an amazing show of support from the local bands and the community yesterday. It was a bigger success than we ever imagined and we look forward to more music and craic today!
