The Pulling Together To Save Lives team would like to thank everyone that came to the Achill leg of row at the weekend. The support and help we received for our two wonderful charities Teac tom and the Achill Island RNLI was absolutely heartwarming from friends and family helping to get everything ready for the weekend to all the local boats that came to support us on the day, to our safety boats, to Achill seascapes who loaned us life jackets so we could get as many out on the water as possible. Our weekend started off very disappointing on Friday when we had to cancel our rowing due to adverse weather conditions but after that it couldn't have been better. Our party Friday night was a great success despite the torrential rain and wind we had a great turn out and we had great fun. We couldn't have asked for a better day on Saturday for our rowing. The sun shone all day. Thanks to each and every one of you the weekend was a great success and we couldn't have done it without ye.
