In 2019, The Mooncoin Cancer Support Group was set up with the intention of offering support to individuals & families within the Parish of Mooncoin and 7 years down the road since it's formation, we are continuing to offer support to individuals and local families in Mooncoin.

All calls or enquiries for assistance are dealt with in confidence by one person on the committee and decisions are made by a sub committee that are bound by the groups confidentiality agreement.

We are encouraging anybody within the locality who may require assistance to get in touch be it by text or a quick phone call to 089 2640083

With his very proud family in attendance, Sean presented Mooncoin Cancer Support Group with the proceeds of his Easter fundraiser in Centra Mooncoin. He raised a very impressive €525 that will go towards helping people in Mooncoin.

We are delighted that people like Sean are helping us by raising funds and promoting local awareness of the group.

What a fantastic event held in the Church of the Assumption in Mooncoin on Friday 27th March.
A special word of thanks to the organising committee. Mooncoin Parish presented Cois Nore Choir and local talent in an uplifting evening of music and song. The church was beautifully lit and it was lovely to see every generation sing along to songs, old and new.

As a result of the generosity of the people of Mooncoin parish, a total of €3,345 was raised for Mooncoin Cancer Support Group. All of the donations will be used to support families in Mooncoin affected by cancer. If anyone wishes to contact us, all queries are completely confidential.

UPDATE: Sean has raised a total of €500 in donations after completely selling out of his easter handmade crafts. Well done Sean. You are a star!

Thank you to Sean for a hugely successful morning at Centra Mooncoin where he was sold out of his wares in just 1.5 hours. Sean has raised a very impressive €324.05 for Mooncoin Cancer Support Group and we couldn't be more proud of him.

All the money raised by Sean will be used to help families in Mooncoin affected by cancer. Well done, Sean 👏🏻

Today from 10 am until 2pm, young Sean O'Halloran will be holding a fundraiser at Hickson's Centra and all proceeds from the sale of Sean's knitted goods will be going to Mooncoin Cancer Support Group.

This Friday, 27th March. Mooncoin Parish hosts Cois Nore Choir and Guests.

All are welcome to attend this community event at the Church of the Assumption, Mooncoin, 8pm.
