Smilers Run was held on 23rd May and the O Shea family and friends raised a phenomenal amount of money, in memory of Ger. We are blown away by the generosity of the local community and to everyone that ran on the day.

We were so grateful for the donation to Mooncoin Cancer Support Group. The funds will be used to help local people and their families affected by cancer. If you know anyone that may need some assistance, please reach out. All contact is strictly confidential.

In 2019, The Mooncoin Cancer Support Group was set up with the intention of offering support to individuals & families within the Parish of Mooncoin and 7 years down the road since it's formation, we are continuing to offer support to individuals and local families in Mooncoin.

All calls or enquiries for assistance are dealt with in confidence by one person on the committee and decisions are made by a sub committee that are bound by the groups confidentiality agreement.

We are encouraging anybody within the locality who may require assistance to get in touch be it by text or a quick phone call to 089 2640083

With his very proud family in attendance, Sean presented Mooncoin Cancer Support Group with the proceeds of his Easter fundraiser in Centra Mooncoin. He raised a very impressive €525 that will go towards helping people in Mooncoin.

We are delighted that people like Sean are helping us by raising funds and promoting local awareness of the group.
