As part of the Ballyhoura Guided Walk Series, join Oonagh Kelly of .ie on Saturday 4 July for a guided walk along the beautiful Canon Sheehan Loop in Glenanaar Forest.
Named after Canon Patrick Augustine Sheehan, one of Ireland's best-known writers and parish priests, this scenic trail follows the Ogeen River through peaceful woodland and crosses between Counties Cork and Limerick along the way. Discover hidden features including a natural well and a historic Mass Rock, while enjoying fine views across the Blackwater Valley towards the Nagle and Knockmealdown Mountains.
