The County Kildare Orchestra was founded in February 1998 and is committed to developing and promoting a love of classical music whilst aspiring to an excellence in performance. The Orchestra's repertoire spans the great musical eras from the Baroque (Bach and Handel), the Classical (Mozart, Haydn and Beethoven) to t

he Romantics (Schumann, Bruch and Elgar). From symphonies and concertos, we are passionate about combining our individual playing for the higher goal, and ensuring that everyone leaves our performances with a smile on their face! County Kildare Orchestra is supported by Kildare County Council and funded by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media's Local Live Performance Programming Scheme.
