Here is just a small flavour of the wonderful night we had at our quiz in Hedigans 'The Brian Boru' on Friday last. As you can see our patron, Pauline Mclynn, was brilliant at entertaining everyone on the night 😁.
The volunteers would especially like to thank Audrey Walsh who manages Hedigans for looking after us so well and giving a voucher for the pub as a prize. We are also very grateful to Tony Byrne Hairdressing for also donating a gift card for the raffle.
So many people worked behind the scenes to make the night a success. A great team effort!
The cash part of the total raised on the night has been paid off the LittleHill Animal Rescue & Sanctuary small animal vet bill in Highfield Veterinary. Receipt is posted in the comments below.

We had a great time at our quiz last night in Hedigans 'The Brian Boru' pub with a wonderful turn out of people at the event. Considering the recent weather we've been having we were really blown away by the support. Huge thanks goes to our patron Pauline Mclynn for being an incredible MC on the night and to the LittleHill Animal Rescue & Sanctuary volunteers who worked so hard to make the evening a success. We would also like to give a huge thanks to Keith from A1 Kitchens and Bedrooms who lends us his PA system whenever we need it. We raised a marvellous €1,805. The rescue also received €250 from our volunteer, Carol O'Reilly, a donation through her job in the ESB.
Thank you to everyone who came along on the night. We couldn't do it without you all. Below are some pictures of the night 😊

Some of the LittleHill Animal Rescue & Sanctuary volunteers got together last Sunday for a catch up and a natter. We really enjoyed the afternoon. Thanks to Audrey Walsh and the wonderful staff at Hedigans 'The Brian Boru' pub for looking after us so well. We were given fabulous complimentary platters of food which catered for everyone there. We are hosting our quiz night there next Friday 13th February at 8pm. Please come along and support us if you can. Details are in the poster below.

We are delighted to let you all know about our upcoming quiz night in Hedigans 'The Brian Boru' pub in Phibsborough on Friday 13th February at 8pm. Our fabulous patron, Pauline Mclynn, (who has a day off from her Coronation Street filming) will be our host and will be reading the questions. A great night of fun is guaranteed and you will be helping raise much needed funds for LittleHill Animal Rescue & Sanctuary. Please try and come along on the night and also share with your friends and family as we'd love to have a full house 🙏

Apologies for the delay in posting our thanks to Rory and Chris from Sacred Senses for selling our calendars and paying the money into the rescue PayPal account. Unfortunately, their Facebook account was hacked so we couldn't tag them in a post. Thankfully they are up and running again. The volunteers would like to thank again all of our wonderful supporters and friends who took part in our raffle. We were delighted to be able to pay off our large animal vet bill and put €530 off the small animal vet bill. Below are receipts of the payments. Happy New Year to you all and we look forward to helping the rescue again in 2026 🎉😊
