Facilitated by Jennie Cruise – Chairperson of AOSTI and all round Wellness Goddess - Immersive Crystal Sound Experience

Step into an immersive journey of sound, vibration and crystal energy, created especially for the AOSTI AGM on 27th September in AN TAIRSEACH, Wicklow Town.

Jennifer will weave together the resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls, crystal chalice and gong, enhanced by crystals and sacred geometry to create a deeply layered soundscape and Crystal-Infused Sound Bath

Step inside the sound. Feel the vibration. Let the crystals amplify the magic - building to the glorious, powerful frequency of the Gong.

Super Sound Sundays

Dear Members,

We would like to announce the date for our next Super Sound Sunday.

Sunday August 16th 2026  - start time 11am

This will be a very special In Person Event. 

It will be held at Olive MacDonagh's Butterfly Cottage Retreat in Westmeath, eircode N91H285 from 11-1pm session and 1-3pm lunch, chatting and mooching around the garden with it's Stone Circle, Labyrinth, Fire Pit and other wonders to explore.

Bring a packed lunch or something nice to share if you choose to break bread together after the session, and enjoy chatting or resting in the garden for a bit. Olive will kindly provide herbal tea and herbal water, picked fresh from the garden.

Ceremony of the Elements
The session will include some sound and ceremony through the elements as we enjoy the beautiful meditation garden together. We will ground and land together in the stone circle (earth),  enjoy a brief water ceremony in the olive grove, a moving meditation through the hazel triskele walk (air) and charge up on sound meditation walk (ether) and finish with a little ceremony in the fire pit (fire). It's gonna be AMAZING!
