Moments ago I was almost knocked down by a lady and 3 boys riding bikes on the footpath, free-wheeling down the hill at speed, none of them had helmets, lights or hi vis either. Can you post on the kilcullen page that bicycles are not toys they are vehicles and it is illegal to cycle on a footpath, bikes must be on the road or cycle lane, cyclists must know and obey the rules of the road and appropriate hand signals and have appropriate lighting on the vehicle.
