Founded in 1998, Kilcock Canoe Polo Club is a steadily growing organisation, with the largest junior membership of any canoe polo club in Ireland. Over the past seven years, we have evolved from a few like-minded people, meeting in the Harbour of the Royal Canal that runs through Kilcock, to a club with a membership of approximately 100 members. Today, our members range from children cautiously ex

periencing their first moments in a boat, to adults new to the sport, to senior members who are serious competitors at national and international level.Our training pitches are located on the Canal just above Shaw Bridge, Kilcock.

✅️ On the 23rd & 24th of August, KCPC sent 5 teams to compete in the Irish Open Canoe Polo Competition in Mullingar Harbour. It was a brilliant weekend of polo with some great games over two days. Our Div 1 team placed 2nd overall, narrowly beaten in the final 3-4. Our two Div 3 teams went on to win 1st and 3rd place, a great result for both these young teams.

Our 2nd Div 1 team put up a great fight in their division, a team made up of young lads, as young as 15, so well done guys. Lastly our Div 2 team placed 7th out of 15 teams, a great result for this new developing team. Onwards and upwards for KCPC.

Thank you to for having us and putting on a great competition. It was a great weekend full of competitive polo and great sportsmanship from all 😊💪🏻🥇🥈🥉.
