22nd February marks Founder's Day, the day where Scouts and Guides all over the world mark the birthday of our Founder, Robert Baden-Powell, and reflect on the values of our great Movement.

Scouting is fun, Scouting is outdoors but most importantly it's about developing our young people to take a more active role in their communities and make their worlds a little better than they found it. This Founder's Day, maybe we can all think of one thing we can do to get ourselves a little closer to that goal.

Whether you're Scouting or not today, we'd like to wish you all a great Founder's Day. See you all on the trail.

👉 No experience needed — full training provided.
👉 Must be 18 or over.

As a Scout Leader, you’ll:
✅ Share skills and adventures with young people
✅ Enjoy camping, hiking, and backwoods skills 🌲🔥
✅ Make lifelong friends in a welcoming community
✅ Help shape the next generation with confidence and creativity
