We were blown away today by the welcome we got at Coole parkrun, delighted to have so many people joining our Gort Sanctuary Runners group 💙💛

We have seen over the years how running or walking shoulder-to-shoulder on one team can be such a vital tool for community integration, for welcoming people new to our community especially those who might feel isolated, and also for building stronger communities. Also, it's lots of fun and good for everyone’s health!
