Boil Water Notice – Golden to Cashel Water Supply

Due to elevated turbidity at the plant, Uisce Éireann are issuing a Boil Water Notice with immediate effect to protect the health of consumers. This follows consultation with the HSE.

This applies to all consumers who are supplied by the Golden to Cashel Public Water Supply.

All consumers affected by this notice must boil their water before drinking.

A map of the Public Water Supplies, detailing the areas of the supplies affected, is available on www.water.ie

Areas Affected:

All areas on the Golden to Cashel Public Water Supply including Cashel Town, Galtee View, Boytonrath, Mantlehill, Castlelake, Golden Road, Cluain Orga, Caiseal na Ri and the surrounding areas.

The best seat on the hill…

Golden Tidy towns purchased a new picnic bench and seats for the community on the hill overlooking the spectacular views of Golden and surrounding area.
