⚽ Fundraising Draw ⚽️

Fundraising Draw in support of the development of a new second pitch and community walkway at our club grounds.

Our vision is to create modern facilities that support player development, promote healthy lifestyles and provide a safe, welcoming space for our entire community to enjoy for generations to come.

🏆 Senior & Youth Team Development - A second full-size pitch will provide improved training and match facilities for all our teams, helping to support the continued growth and success of the club.

🚶‍♀️ Health & Wellbeing - An all-weather walkway around the grounds will encourage physical activity, support mental wellbeing and provide a space for walkers, runners, families and community members of all ages and abilities.

🤝 Community - This project will create a welcoming environment where people can come together through sport, events and community activities.

As we invest in the future of Gleneely Colts FC, we look forward to seeing this exciting project benefit both our club and the wider community for many years to come.

🎟️ Tickets are €50 each

💰 Over €20,000 worth of prizes to be won!

The draw is limited to 1,500 tickets only and will take place on Friday, 13th November 2026 at a venue to be confirmed.

Tickets are available from any committee member.

⚽️ An Appreciation Post ⚽️

Gavin McLaughlin has stepped down as first team manager. Everyone at the club would like to thank Gavin for his dedication and commitment over the years. Gavin has taken on the first team managers job for a number of years in 2 different spells. Often when there was no help, no one stepping forward and when there was times when we may have been unable to field a team.
The managers job is thankless at times as everyone thinks it’s easy standing on the sideline. However the managers job is a tireless one. Organising training, messages organising teams running to meetings, all of the work that goes in behind the scenes that no one sees.
Gavin has done this over the years and never complained or moaned and got on with it. Gavin delivered the clubs first silverware in a number of years with the reserve league title a couple of years ago and deserves great credit.
Gavin you have been a true servant of Gleneely Colts and whilst you continue to volunteer as a committee member all of us would like to acknowledge your efforts and show our appreciation 👏
