♻️✨ Creative Workshop in Ballinasloe as Part of the Old Stuff New Life Project! ✨♻️
This Monday, we gathered once again in Ballinasloe with our talented artisan Ksenia to give new life to our favourite clothing items through embroidery and decoration 🧵💛
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, participants transformed ordinary garments into unique and stylish pieces, adding creativity, personality, and a special touch to each item ✨
💐 A heartfelt thank you to Ksenia for her inspiration, creative ideas, and support throughout the workshop. We are also grateful to all participants who found the time to join us and bring their creativity to life.

Our Pilates course has come to an end, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the participants who dedicated time to their health, wellbeing, and self-care over these past weeks 💛

Together, we learned to better understand our bodies, strengthen our muscles, improve mobility, and create a special atmosphere of support, motivation, and positivity 🌸

This session will focus on embroidery and clothing decoration, helping to give a new life to garments you already own. Together, we will decorate and transform favorite clothing items, adding individuality, style, and a unique personal touch 🧵✨

Bring along any item of clothing you would like to refresh, and our talented artisan Ksenia will help bring your creative ideas to life.

This is a wonderful opportunity not only to create something beautiful with your own hands, but also to spend time in a warm and friendly atmosphere and connect with like-minded people 💙

Step by step, participants are developing new digital skills, learning to use smartphones confidently, find information, and make use of modern technology in everyday life 📲

Each session is not only about physical activity but also about self-care, wellbeing, and maintaining a positive mindset. Participants continue to strengthen their bodies, improve their wellbeing, and recharge with positive energy ✨
