We at Helplink.ie, through many years of work with our clients, across our services, know the value of positive, evidenced based and balanced communication to resolve issues and disputes. It is because of this knowledge that we have developed this Conflict Resolution Centre (CRC) for the West of Ireland; also available online nationwide . Centre’s Services and Projects

The Centre’s donation base

d Mediation Service caters for court ordered and self-referred mediations and other forms of conflict resolution. Our face-to-face service is based in Galway City Centre supporting people from the West of Ireland (low cost Online Mediation Service also available nationwide). We provided donation based Mediation Services for:

Family Mediation

(couples separating or family disputes)

Housing Mediation

(students, social housing tenants etc.) neighbour or schools disputes)

Our non-profit CRC also provides much needed free community outreach programmes. Our first programme called ‘Challenging Conflict’ is designed to help participants learn about Conflict Management – the theory and some of the skills underpinning it. The programme is currently aimed at second level schools and can be easily adapted for other community organisations.
