Here’s a look at our sports hall at the club 🙌
This is where all the action happens – from 5-a-side football to volleyball and basketball 🏀⚽🏐
We also host a range of other activities across our club nights, so there’s always something going on!
Our club nights are:
Monday: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Friday: 6:30pm – 8:00pm
So why not come along to OLBC, get involved, and join in on the fun 💪

This recognition is so well deserved for his many years of dedication, hard work, and commitment to supporting and inspiring the children and young people of Galway.

These sitting areas in our upstairs space they are a perfect place to chill out and catch up at OLBC 🌟
The kids absolutely love these areas—they’re the perfect spot to unwind and spend time with friends during club night. It’s all about creating a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable, connected, and part of the fun 💬😊

Mark, still an active committee member with OLBC, was sharing one memory from his camp days—a playoff on sports day that shouldn’t even have happened, as his team had already won the league! Still, it made for a dramatic and unforgettable moment full of tension, laughs, and plenty of debate. 😊

Want to know what we get up to on Monday and Friday nights in O.L.B.C?
Each week, we bring the kids together for two fun-filled evenings of games, laughter, and teamwork. From group challenges and active games to simple activities that get everyone involved, there’s never a dull moment!
What makes it really special is our committee joins in too—encouraging the kids, taking part in the fun, and helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone. It’s all about community, inclusion, and making sure every child feels part of something.
Monday and Friday nights are about building confidence, friendships, and great memories—all while having plenty of craic along the way.
If you’d like to see what we’re about, come along and join us some Monday or Friday night —you’ll be more than welcome!
