West Training & Development was founded in 1994. Since then, the organisation has grown to be an established provider and guide on the changing development and support needs within the community and voluntary sector. The organisation's highly professional and qualified team can share their expertise and experience within a range of areas and environments. Training and Facilitation is always tailor

ed in response to the requirements of the group or organisation. West Training & Development has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from government departments to local community support and development organisations. West Training is currently contracted by Tusla (Child and Family Agency) to act as Regional Support Agency to the Family and Community Services Resource Centre Programme in the Western Region of Ireland. All of the work undertaken by West Training & Development is carried out in a highly professional manner where the approach of the company is characterised by a recognition of the needs of client organisations and the delivery of a clear and focused response to these needs. West Training & Development is a member organisation of the Irish National Organisation of the Unemployed (INOU).
