As Imbolc approaches,and we move into a new season, it's time for things to be taken out and looked at.
What no longer serves you?
What blocks you in your path to fully living the life you want to live?
Family Constellations looks at the hidden patterns and dynamics that we inherit from our family, community and wider world.
It helps examine the things that are keeping us trapped in emotions, ways of behaving and relationships that don't serve us.
This is a confidential,held space to look at these blocks,and help move them.
