Barna/Furbo Youth Hub The Youth Venue is a new centre specifically designed for young people aged 13-18 yrs living in the Barna Furbo area.

We provide a fun and safe space for young people to develop and enhance their personal and interpersonal skills. We will run various strengths- based activities and programmes for the young people to take part in, such as art, cookery, outdoor activities such as paint-balling and windsurfing, music, computer classes and so on. We will also run educational programmes such as drugs and alcohol aware

ness, mental health and Irish Language classes. Our aim is to provide a safe and supportive space whereby young people from the Barna Furbo area can not only get together and socialise but also empower them to identify and realise their own potential.
