Athenry Camogie Club is now one of the largest Camogie clubs in Ireland and continues to grow each year, sadly however we do not have any dedicated facilities of our own and cater for these girls – we are extremely reliant and grateful for the support from the local schools and GAA club for the use of their facilities but in the medium to longer term its unsustainable not to mention unacceptable f
or young girls nowadays to not have safe and proper facilities. The facilities would also be developed to specifically cater for people with disabilities (including onsite perimeter walkways) and be available to local schools, 3rd level colleges and county camogie and ladies Gaelic football teams. We will be forever grateful for your support and hopefully this fundraiser will fullfill our dream and someone will also win their dream home and car.
