Our next walk is in Portumna forest park is this Sunday 1st March @ 10am. The walk starts at 10am and It is approx 12km. We will meet in the main car park near the toilets. What a fantastic Celebration we had for the Official re-opening of our newly renovated Ballygar/Newbridge/Toghergar Social Services Centre 🎈🎈

We were honoured to have TD Dr Martin Daly attended on the day to officiate the opening, Thank you Dr Martin Daly for your kind words of encouragement and good wishes for our service. We would like to also express a huge Thank you to our Local Parish Priest Fr. Douglas Zaggi for the lovely mass you celebrated with us in the building honouring all of our members past and present. Thanks to all who joined us for the days celebrations and for the tea and a chat afterwards.

We would also like to take this opportunity to express a huge thank you to The Older Persons Services whom provided us with this vital grant from the Older Persons Community Refurbishment Programme that was used for the necessary upgrades and repairs needed to vastly improve our space for the BNT Social Services Users. 😀
