The Webinar featured 4 speakers talking on topics that some people find difficult over the Christmas period.
First up is Oisin Mc Conville, talking about Gambling and supports available for people.
Following Oisin, Gwen Harris focuses on Finance and surviving Christmas expenses.
Ciaran Carey and Lauren then discuss difficulties with Alcohol and how to access supports.
And finally Sinead Keane from Spunout.ie talks about Mental Health and supports available.
While this was organised for workers in the construction industry, these stressors impact many people outside the industry.
