Play and Language Support (PALS) Preschool PALS Preschool provides a child-centred education for children with Autism between 3 and 5 years old. We provide both morning and afternoon sessions.

PALS (Play and Language Support) Preschool opened in September 2008 and is a registered charity (charity number 18369) located in Hampton Wood in Finglas. PALS provides early intervention programs for children with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The school runs 5 days a week, 9am to 5pm, from September through to July and we enroll children between the ages of 3 and 5 years. We incorporate a variety of evidence based practices such as TEACCH, PECS and natural environment teaching which are individualised to meet each child’s needs.

We painted, sorted, puzzled, played, moved and explored — learning through play every step of the way. Along the way, we’re building communication too: learning to make choices, ask for what we want, respond to others and use the communication systems that work for each child. 💚

By Friday, this little one had the end-of-day routine sorted — time to say bye! 👋🥰

As another wonderful school year comes to an end, we’d like to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing children and their families for allowing us to be part of your journey ❤️

This year has been filled with so many moments to celebrate new friendships, growing confidence, meaningful progress and countless reasons to smile. Watching each child learn, grow, and achieve in their own unique way has been a true privilege ❤️

To our children moving on to new schools, we wish you every success in your next adventure. To those returning to PALS, we can’t wait to welcome you back after the summer ❤️

We hope all of our families have a happy, restful, and fun filled summer. Thank you for another truly special year. See you in September! ☀️❤️
