Today marks the 40th anniversary of the Chernobyl Nuclear Disaster.
May we never forget 🤍

Some lovely pieces of media covering the anniversary have been released over the past few days.

Thank you to Colm Flynn for his beautiful episode of Nationwide, he really captured the Irish humanitarian response to the disaster and the connection that has stayed strong since. If you missed it you can watch back on the RTÉ Player

Thank you also the Andrew Hamilton for his article in The Clare Champion this week, some great memories. Be sure to get your copy!

Check out our latest blog post for all the links to these.

Thank you again to all of you for your continued support without which we could not do any of it.

Go raibh míle maith agaibh 🌻

🚛A hive of activity here on Friday. We loaded up truck #124 and sent it on its way to Poland. It will travel from there to Ukraine and be distributed to those in need, a lot of the aid will go to a special needs orphanage in Odessa.

📦Thank you to all our loaders and packers and to those who donated aid.

🧥We're currently unable to accept clothes. We'll post in the new year the items in need. Thank you for your understanding.
