This March we are collecting any bottles or cans with the return label in the Ballagh Community Centre to raise funds for roof repairs, if you have any to spare, we would really appreciate them! Drop them into Cot 2 Crayons in the Ballagh Community Centre monday to friday between 9am- 12pm/2pm-5pm (please note we are closed the 16th and 17th of march) Thank you so much

We had an amazing day for our annual Senior Citizens Christmas Party. Thank you all so much for coming and making the day a great success. Thank you to all our wonderful volunteers who helped set up, clean up and serve on the day. A Huge thank you to Pauline Davitt without whom this day wouldn't have been possible. Thanks also to Liz for taking plenty of photos of the day. See you all next year 🥳🥳🥳

We had an amazing night our "Christmas Lights Switch On" on Sunday night. Thank you so much for all our wonderful volunteers who gave up hours and hours of their time during the month of November, the village looks amazing. And thank you to everyone to helped at our Christmas Light Switch On, it was a huge success and the children had an absolute ball, it was wonderful to see so many join us on the night. I hope you all enjoy the wonderful photos and if I've forgotten anyone in my thank yous please let me know!!

We will be kicking off the Christmas Festivities in the Ballagh Village outside the community centre on Sunday the 30th of November as we welcome Santa to switch on the village lights at 5pm with a Christmas disco until 6.30pm with DJ Cal afterwards. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!!! 🎅🎄🎅

What an amazing night at the switch on of the lights in the Ballagh, despite the weather! Thank you so much to everyone who helped make it happen, to all our volunteers who gave up their free time to put up the lights to make our village shine, for getting Santa to the Ballaghkeen Community Centre in style and for helping with organising and packing all the goodie bags and helping to hand them out and supervising the disco in the hall and to DJ Cal for the nights entertainment and of course our amazing Santa, there are too many people to thank individually I'd be afraid to leave someone out. It was a fantastic turn out, thanks to everyone who braved the weather and turned up for the switch on. Happy Christmas 🎄 🎅🤶 Elaine and Mary
