Most of our dogs are in foster care in private homes where they are loved and prepared for their new homes. CPT200006C
All dogs in our care are microchipped and information available on request to authorised parties. We do not display microchip numbers for privacy reasons.

Sammy REALLY loves playing with Buddy, and we’d really love to find him a forever home where he’ll have a friendly young dog to play with. Can you give Sammy a share to help us find his perfect family? 🙏🥰🐾

Sammy is a gorgeous little Whippet pup, about 6 months old, and he’s such a friendly, sweet-natured and affectionate little lad. He’s a tiny little fella: his foster brother Buddy is a terrier mix, so that’ll give you an ideal of his size. He and Buddy have become great pals, and Sammy absolutely loves running around the garden with him, playing with toys and getting up to all sorts of mischief! 🤩

He also bonds strongly with his people, and adores affection and cuddles, so we’re looking for a home where he’ll have plenty of human company too🏡💕

Sammy is a bit frightened of the neighbourhood cat who sometimes wanders into the garden. In fact, when she appears, he usually makes a quick dash back into the house😹 So we don’t think he’d be happy living with cats.

He’s doing brilliantly in foster and is now house-trained, very polite on the lead, and a great passenger in the car. He’s also a great little character who will do his best to persuade you that he really does need just one more treat! 😇

Poor Sammy was found straying last week with no collar, no microchip and nobody looking for him💔 So we now want to make sure that his future is filled with love, comfort and joy. We’re delighted to introduce you to our stunning Diana🤩! This gentle girl has been with us for two months, and she’s now ready to find her forever home – please spread the word! 🙏🐾🙏

Diana is about 7 years old, and a beautiful scruffy Deerhound–Lurcher. The poor girl had spent much of her life chained up outside, so she was quite timid and under-socialised when she first came into our care💔 Thanks to plenty of love and TLC from her wonderful foster parents, along with the help of our amazing trainer, Diana has grown so much in confidence and is really blossoming🌸

This lovely girl is so gentle, loyal and affectionate. She can still be shy when meeting new people, but she’s incredibly cuddly once she knows she can trust you🥰💕

Diana is fantastic with other dogs, and would ideally love a friendly doggy companion or two in her forever home to help her confidence continue to grow. She has been known to chase cats, so we’re looking for a cat-free home. Her gentle, calm nature makes her great with children, but since she enjoys the quiet life, a home with no young kids under 8 would suit her best.

Thanks to her sighthound ancestry, she’s a low-energy gal who loves lounging around and enjoying her home comforts😴🛋️ After the hard life she’s had, Diana would love a peaceful home where she’ll only know comfort, care and love😇🏡 Because she will likely be a little nervous for the first few days in her forever home, she’ll need a secure garden where she can safely settle in and find her feet.

Beautiful Milo is sadly looking for a new family, through no fault of his own. His person is being forced to leave her home and is really struggling to find another rental that allows pets😢💔 She is absolutely heartbroken, but has been left with no choice but to surrender her beloved companion. Please give Milo a share to help us find him a new loving home🙏🐾

Milo is a shy boy who’s around 3 years old. Because he can be a little timid, he needs someone patient who will give him plenty of time and space to settle in🥰 Once he feels comfortable, he’s a very sweet and affectionate boy who has lots of love to give🏡💕He doesn’t really like being petted, but absolutely loves getting kisses on his head! 😽

Milo seems happiest as the only cat and hasn’t lived with dogs, so a quiet pet-free home where he can feel safe and secure would suit him best.

Amazing news🎉🎉🎉 Lana, our affectionate young Whippet-X, has found herself a wonderful forever home in beautiful County Cork🏡🐾

Anyone who has been following our page this month will know just how many times we’ve shared Lana, so we are absolutely thrilled to finally be able to announce this wonderful news!

For the past week, this gorgeous girl has been enjoying so much love, attention and comfort in her new home, and it’s just wonderful to see her settling in so happily with her canine siblings💕

A huge thank you to Willie and Elma for opening their hearts and home to this special gal🥰🏡

And, of course, a big thank you to Lana’s foster parents for taking such wonderful care of her, to our trainer for doing such fantastic work with her over the last few weeks, and to everyone who shared, commented on and liked Lana’s posts to help get her seen🙏🐾

Sammy is a playful young Whippet pup who’s looking for a loving forever home🥰🐾 Please spread the word about this gorgeous little lad🙏🐶

Just look at him having the BEST time with his foster brother, Buddy😍 Sammy adores other dogs, and he would love to have a playful canine companion in his forever home too, who will happily chase him around the garden and play tug-of-war with him. He’s not a fan of cats, though – he runs for cover whenever the neighbourhood cat appears in the garden😂🐱

At around 6 months old, Sammy is such a fun, affectionate and happy little character. He’ll keep you laughing with his silly puppy antics, and then happily curl up beside you for a long snooze when playtime is over.

Sammy has been doing brilliantly in his foster home, and has already mastered toileting outside, walking politely on the lead, and travelling in the car like a little pro!

Sammy is still only a baby and has so much love, fun and joy to bring to his forever home🏡🐾 The poor lad was sadly abandoned, so we want to make sure he’s totally cherished for the rest of his life. Say hello to our newest pupper, Sammy👋🐾 This gorgeous young Whippet is looking for a loving forever home anywhere in Ireland – can you give him a share to help him find it? 🙏🙏🙏

Sammy is only about 6 months old, and the poor lad was found straying last week, with no collar, no microchip, and nobody looking for him💔 Thankfully, he’s settled into his foster home like a dream, and his foster mammy has nothing but praise for him😍

Sammy is a super-friendly, sweet-natured and affectionate pup. He’s getting along brilliantly with resident dog Buddy, and having SO much fun with him, so we’d ideally love to find him a home with another playful dog or two🏡🐶 He loves doing zoomies around the garden with Buddy, playing with toys, and trying to convince you to give him just one more treat! Sammy is such a fun little character and is sure to bring plenty of laughs to his new home🥰

More great news🥰🎉 Our little sweetie-pie Marty also found a wonderful home last week! He’s been absolutely loving life with Caroline and her husband, right here in County Clare. And even better, he’s getting along brilliantly with their cats! 🐱🥰

Huge thanks to Caroline and her husband for welcoming this adorable little fella into their family, and to Marty’s wonderful fosterers for taking such great care of him while he waited for his forever home🏡💕

August is shaping up to be a record-breaking month for adoptions here at CAW! We’ve found wonderful homes for 31 dogs and 33 cats so far this month – and August isn’t over yet🤩🏡

Great news🥳🥳 All five of our gorgeous little Collie puppies have found wonderful forever homes! 🏡💕

Here’s little Fiadh with her cool big sister! She’s been having a great time with her new family in beautiful County Wicklow🥰 Fiadh’s lovely siblings have found equally wonderful homes in Dublin, Limerick, and right here in County Clare!

Huge thanks to all five adoptive families for welcoming these bundles of fun into your homes, and to their wonderful fosterers for taking such great care of them while they were with us. And of course, thank you to everyone who shared the pups on social media and helped spread the word🥰🙏

And we’re sorry that we couldn’t get back to everyone who applied – they were very popular little pups, and we happily received a huge number of applications for them! 😁

Amazing news!! Moana and Rocky, our gorgeous bonded pair, have been adopted TOGETHER🎉💕🎉

They’ve been having a brilliant time so far with Kelly-Anne’s family in County Meath, and it sounds like they’ve settled in better than we could have hoped️. Just a few days after adopting them, Kelly-Anne sent us this lovely update:

“Little update on the dogs, they have settled in remarkably well. They’ve changed from skittish and nervous to complete pups. Playing with toys, chasing each other and collapsing in exhaustion. They are loving their walks and are very easy to manage out and about. Moana has been renamed, Mona, although I think Princess Mona might be her full title. She has proper chihuahua energy and decided Saturday afternoon we were her people and is full of love. She’s completely dropped her guard and wants all the pets. We are so delighted with our new family additions!”

Huge thanks to Kelly-Anne and her family for adopting this gorgeous pair and giving them such a happy home🏡🥰

And a massive thank you to our wonderful fosterers for taking such great care of Rocky and Moana while they waited for their forever home. Finally, thank you so much to everyone who shared their posts and helped us find a home where they could stay together🥰🙏
