Rover Rescue Dog Rescue based in Ennis which takes dogs from Clare Pound . We aim to take dogs from death row and young /old dogs at risk of infection .

Rover Rescue was set up in 2008 by myself Deirdre Ryan of Peter Barks dog grooming ,in response to the high numbers of dogs being Put To Sleep at Clare Pound . Every dog is vaccinated ,wormed ,and treated for fleas /groomed as required . They are nuetered when funds allow .The majority of dogs are moved on to other rescues both here and in the U.K. They are neutered here and assessed fully before bring placed in a fully home checked forever home .
