When we said the next stop of the Parmesan Project would be Georgia, we knew it would be tasty… but we didn’t realise it would be this good 😄

Satsivi, khinkali, khachapuri and plenty more besides!
A huge shoutout to chef Levan Tchanturia from Nini’s Georgian Bakery in Ennis https://www.instagram.com/ninis_georgianbakery?igsh=bmE2MTM1MG5kNHB5 , who completely won us over (hearts and stomachs 💛).

Many thanks as well to the wonderful Anana Bubuteishvili and Eka Dzihua for putting together such an incredible spread, you could really feel the care and warmth in every dish.

But the Parmesan Project is about more than just great food (even if the food is hard to beat 😍).

It’s about bringing people together, sharing cultures, and celebrating the traditions that make us feel at home. It’s about creating space to connect and to share what matters most to us.
We had people from different countries and backgrounds all around the table, enjoying what we can safely say were the best khinkali in Clare.

And a lovely extra touch, our gathering happened on Vyshyvanka Day, celebrated in Ukraine 🇺🇦

It was so special to see participants wearing traditional embroidered shirts. It is a gentle reminder that sharing traditions really does bring people together

І знаєте що? Ми точно не очікували такого аншлагу 🙈
Нас було понад 30 (!) — і це прямо ВАУ 🔥
Дівчата, ви зробили цей вечір ❤️

Окремий респект Надії Архіповій — це був один із найцікавіших воркшопів ever!

Ми чаклували з епоксидною смолою, квітами, блискітками і камінцями… і тепер у нас є прикраси, які хочеться носити, показувати і хвалитися 😎

Серйозно, це було дуже круто — дякуємо за цей досвід!
