Our Creative Places, Edenderry Coordinator, Seonaid Murray is heading off on Maternity Leave tomorrow! Seonaid says, 'Thank you so much to everyone in Edenderry who has taken part in Creative Places, Edenderry over the last 5 years! It has been a really interesting, experimental project and the community have been so positive, engaged and supportive of all creative activity! The project is in a really strong place with 3 freelancers 'on the ground' to carry on the great work; Jenny Bergin Freelance project support worker: [email protected] Mark Forde our project photographer/videographer and Conor O'Leary our project Evaluator. We are really pleased to be collaborating with Festival in a Van on the 'What Makes a Man' project - currently running at the Acorn Project, facilitated by poet and playwright Dagogo Hart! We are having a Celebration Event on Saturday the 27th of June in the Town Hall Square, 12pm - 4pm which will feature Dagogo Hart & some of the young people from the project + some local musicians and dancers!
