Congratulations are in order for our Tuesday Scouts who came second in the GnaB County Shield recently! Massive efforts have been made by our Scouts section in recent years with the shield & phoenix competitions. Huge BRAVO to our scouts and also our scouters who put in endless hours of preparation for these events. 👏🏻👏🏻

Hill of Tara🥾
Splashdown🌊
Ventures have been kept busy recently, with a sunset walk at the Hill of Tara (where seeing the donkeys is always a firm favourite) as well as a trip to Lough Dan to attend Splashdown! Super to see our Venture Section so active and exploring the outdoors at every opportunity. BRAVO👏🏻

Huge thank you to Bouchra from Active First Responders First Responders for doing a CPR, Infant CPR, Choke and Infant Choke evening for our Ventures 👏🏻
Extremely grateful for the support of our first responders in Dunshaughlin who go above and beyond for members of our community when they need it and for training our young people to help when they are needed!
Thank you Bouchra (& Our Tuesday Scout, Jeremiah) for a wonderful evening learning how we can save lives 👏🏻

Best of luck to one of our Ventures, John, with his role in The Crucible! 👏🏻⭐️

🎭 Meet the Cast: John O'Toole
John O’Toole has been looking forward to this production since it was first announced. He plays the role of the court clerk, Ezekiel Cheever.
John made his debut with Dunshaughlin Players as Young Scrooge in A Christmas Carol and has continued to build strong acting experience for his age. His screen credits include a parody of Father Ted and In Bloom, based on Ulysses by James Joyce.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums, mother figures and caregivers in our Scout community. 🌷

Thank you for the encouragement, kindness and support you give our young people each and every day. The confidence, resilience and spirit we see in our Scouts is inspired by the wonderful people who guide and support them.

Today we celebrate you and all the ways you help our young people grow and thrive. Wishing every mother a wonderful Mother’s Day! 💖

Massive thank you to everyone for the get climbing grant that had 27 of our cubs climbing just before Christmas. Huge thank you to the super team that hosted us on the night. We had a brilliant evening & we will definitely be back.
