Minnis Developments and Moyville Homes are both based in Braystown Business Park, Clonlee, County Meath. The companies are run by Michael McHale and Martin Reilly, who are prominent members of Dunshaughlin GAA, along with Martin’s brother, Paul Reilly.
Minnis Developments operates as the contract arm of the group, specialising in commercial and logistics warehousing, fit-outs, education and leisure projects. In recent years, the group has also expanded into property development under sister company Moyville Homes.
To date, the company has completed schemes in Dunshaughlin and Malahide and is currently on site in Athboy, County Meath.
Among the group’s most prominent schemes are Seachnall Park, comprising 17 units across from the GAA pitch in Dunshaughlin, and The Fairway, a nine-unit development located across from the community college.
The group is currently on site in Athboy with a new residential development, Darnley Grove. The show house is expected to open on 19 September 2026.
