We’re so saddened to hear of Eddies passing.
He was a valued member of our Mens Shed here. Always full of banter about his family & his Spanish holidays & proud of his latest car.
He also rocked up like a boss on his mobility scooter.
Rest easy now Eddie with your beloved wife & may your family find comfort in their memories of you & your colourful life.
The death has occurred of Edward (Eddie/Teddy) Gibney of Lisadell, Lagore Road, Dunshaughlin. 28th August 2026. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his beloved wife Marie, mother, Bridget, father, Dick and brother baby Martin.
Eddie will be sadly missed by his loving children Gareth, Elaine, Richard and Emer, son in law John, daughters in law Sylvia and Pauline, his adoring grandchildren, Alexandra, Shaughna, Marie, Mark, Sean, Aaron, Joseph, Jordan, Laela, Kian, Orlaith, Caoimhe, his brothers Dick, Michael, Paul and John, his sisters Bernie and Deirdre, sisters- in-law Aileen, Maureen, June and Margaret, brothers-in-law John and Sean, and great grandchild Cillian, nieces and nephews, neighbours and his many good friends.
May Eddie’s Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Lisadell, Lagore Road, Dunshaughlin on Monday the 31st August between 5pm and 7pm. Removal on Tuesday morning 1st September to S.S Patricks and Seachnalls Church, Dunshaughlin for 11am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
