Yesterday we gathered to remember our Past President Fred Duffy by planting a tree at the Ballybrack Project Centre community garden. The garden was a pet project of Fred's and as his daughter said "Fred was never afraid to get his hands dirty". It was an honour to have Fred's wife Helen and family to plant the tree. Many thanks to Gina and all the staff of Ballybrack Project Centre for hosting us.
The community garden was funded by the Rotary Club of Dún Laoghaire, Plants and trees supplied by DLR Parks Department and maintained by Loughlinstown Mens Shed.

A busy and vibrant evening at the Rotary Club of Dún Laoghaire as we welcomed 11 representatives from the Rotary Club of Navan, led by President Alan Nelson and fellow club officers.

We also enjoyed a lively guided visit to the Maritime Museum with Seamus, whose knowledge and stories brought Dún Laoghaire’s rich maritime heritage to life.
It was a pleasure to host Jörn P. Makko from Rotary Club Hannover-Luisenhof and Balduin Makko from Rotaract Club Kiel.

We were also delighted to officially welcome our newest member, Andrea, to the club.
The evening marked another exciting milestone with the launch of our new website. Please check it out at
