Some things are easier to feel than to explain. This is an hour where meditation meets music and imagery, an immersive experience rather than a lecture, and a chance to spend a Sunday afternoon somewhere quiet and beautiful.

There is nothing to prepare for and nothing you need to know beforehand. Come as you are, sit with it, and see what it stirs.

Meditation is more than silence.

It is about understanding yourself, your connection with God, and your place in the world. Join us for the Introductory Raja Yoga Meditation session.

Raja Yoga is a simple way to rise above the chattering mind and find peace every day. It helps us know and experience who we truly are inside, beyond the many roles we play and the labels we are given. It is about living a soul-conscious life, and this is a gentle place to begin.

The session is held in both English and Hindi.

Soul-conscious meditation helps us relax deeply, access our creativity and explore some deep and wonderful truths. The core teaching of Raja Yoga is that we are all souls with bodies and not bodies with a soul. While the body is temporary, the soul is eternal.
