We offer a wide range of exercise classes, with something to suit everyone - whether you’re looking to start your fitness journey, get back into being active, or simply try something new!

👻🎃 A little Halloween inspiration from St. Andrew’s past! 🎃👻

Our Halloween memories are full of brilliant costumes, but this year, St. Andrew’s After Dark is all about connecting with friends old and new whether you dress up or not! ❤️

Fancy dress is welcome, but absolutely not essential - if costumes aren’t your thing, just come as you are. Everyone is welcome! And while there’ll be music and the option to dance, there’s no pressure to do anything but enjoy a chat, meet new people, and tuck into some light bites before getting home at a reasonable hour.

Community Employment Schemes give social welfare applicants a chance to sign off the live register while giving all participants 19.5 hours of proper experience in a field per week.

One position we have at the moment is for a Cleaner (Mornings). This role is within the Rialto Development Association and focuses on the cleanliness of our building.

Yoga with Tina at St. Andrew's

'I embrace balance in all areas of my life'

The change of seasons can throw us off balance, especially as we feel the sharp turn towards the cold and the days shorten.

Our Yoga practice can be a place to restore a sense of balance as well as the space to reflect on how we might support ourselves through this seasonal transition.

We will continue to incorporate balancing and warming flows into our Yoga practice this week. Finding balance on the mat in turn supports us to find balance off the mat and in our lives.
