had the privilege to present to , at the invitation of their section president Karen Duckworth, today on the benefits of our mentoring conference and how implementation of our mentoring conference can help promote IPA within international sections and help recruitment and retention of our members, enabling our younger members of IPA get more actively involved within our organization, with the education and confidence building that this programme provides to them. The future looks bright for IPA, our younger members are its future, investing in them is key 🥰
