Citywise were delighted to welcome representatives from the Department of Foreign Affairs to Citywise this morning for the launch of the 2026 Communicating Europe Initiative (CEI).

As proud recipients of CEI funding since 2022, it was a privilege to host todayโ€™s announcement alongside Minister for Foreign Affairs, Trade and Defence Helen McEntee TD and Minister of State for European Affairs and Defence Thomas Byrne TD.

The Communicating Europe Initiative supports projects that encourage dialogue, awareness, and engagement around European issues and values. We are grateful for the continued support of initiatives that create opportunities for young people and communities to connect, learn, and share their stories.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped organise and support the event today!
