iPads for Schools
Variety Ireland is passionate about helping children who require additional supports with learning. We recognise the essential duties that every Special Needs Assistant carries out on a daily basis, in helping children with learning difficulties. By providing an iPad to every National School, we hope that we can help in some small way to make learning more accessible to some. By using upcycled iPads instead of brand new ones, we can limit the amount of carbon produced through manufacturing and international shipping.

This new Centre sees Variety - the Children's Charity of Ireland team up with the wonderful team in Louth Disability Cycling Club and will provide even more ๐„๐ช๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ ๐€๐œ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐‚๐ฒ๐œ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ก ๐–๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ.๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿšฒ

The new centre is located in the ๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐š๐ฅ๐ค ๐’๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ž (A91 X36T) and will provide a safe environment, where people of all abilities can come together can learn and cycle together. A large array of ๐š๐๐š๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ฆ๐จ๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐ค๐ž๐ฌ will be onsite, ๐ข๐ง๐œ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ž๐ฅ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ข๐ซ ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ, ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž ๐›๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž, ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐๐ž๐ฆ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ก๐š๐ง๐-๐›๐ข๐ค๐ž!๐Ÿšฒ๐Ÿšธโ™ฟ๏ธŽ

The launch also celebrated the arrival of the club's new ๐ˆ๐ง๐œ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐Œ๐จ๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ž ๐‚๐ฒ๐œ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ญ, which will begin operating this month. The mobile unit will enable Louth Disability Cycling Club to bring inclusive cycling directly to communities, schools and organisations across the North-east and Midlands, ensuring that many more people can experience the freedom and enjoyment of cycling regardless of their ability.๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ
