🌍 Global Nexus IE is looking for 2 motivated participants from Ireland to take part in an exciting international Erasmus+ Training Course exploring Artificial Intelligence and its role in modern youth work!

🤖 PROJECT: AI Navigator for Youth Work – Ethics, Inclusion & Practice (AINav-YW)

📍 Location: Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg

💡 ABOUT THE PROJECT

Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we learn, communicate and engage with young people. But how can we make the most of AI while ensuring that technology remains ethical, inclusive and responsible?

This international training course brings together youth workers and educators to explore practical AI applications, develop digital competences and discover innovative ways to support young people through technology.

🚀 WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

✅ Practical AI applications for youth work and education
✅ Using AI to design engaging workshops and learning activities
✅ Recognising misinformation, deepfakes and digital manipulation
✅ Digital ethics, privacy and responsible AI use

We welcome applications from youth workers, educators, trainers, project coordinators and individuals actively involved in youth organisations in Ireland.

We are looking for enthusiastic participants who are interested in technology, eager to develop new skills and motivated to apply their learning in future youth work activities.

How can we manage stress, prevent burnout and build emotional resilience while supporting young people?

This international training course offers an opportunity to explore mindfulness, mental wellbeing and practical techniques for creating healthier and more supportive youth work environments.

🌿 WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

- Stress management and burnout prevention
- Mindfulness and emotional resilience
- Breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques
- Mindful communication and active listening
- Practical wellbeing exercises for working with young people
- Self-care strategies for everyday life

🙋 WHO CAN APPLY?

Youth workers, educators, trainers, project coordinators and individuals actively involved in youth organisations who are interested in personal development, mental wellbeing and international learning.

No previous experience with mindfulness is required!

🌍 Erasmus+ Cyprus - What a fantastic week! 🇨🇾
On behalf of Global Nexus Ireland, what a week in Cyprus!
Our Erasmus+ project has been excellent from start to finish - so interesting, and everyone really enjoyed it.
We were so well looked after with great food and excellent accommodation.
And what a programme - Culture Night, dancing, karaoke, shopping and a wonderful cruise to finish it all!

🇮🇪🌍 A beautiful cultural evening in Cyprus!

Our dear participant Zhyan Phelan, together with Rehan and Fatima, represented Ireland during the intercultural evening of the Erasmus+ project “Young Voices for Environmental Rights.”

Zhyan shared her experience with us:

“Last night, Rehan, Fatima and I had the opportunity to represent Ireland during the cultural evening. We brought some traditional Irish products, prepared our Irish table and shared a little about Irish history, culture and traditions.

Even though we had only three minutes to present, we made sure to share the most important points and proudly introduce a piece of Ireland to everyone. 🇮🇪💚

One of the most enjoyable parts of the evening was discovering the cultures of participants from 10 other European countries. We tasted different foods, listened to stories about their traditions and history, and learned so much from one another.

It was a wonderful evening filled with culture, friendship, laughter and new experiences.

A big thank you to Global Nexus IE for giving us this wonderful opportunity, and a special thank you to Rehan and Fatima for sharing this Cyprus experience with me. You are amazing girls! ❤️🙏💐”

🌍 Global Nexus IE at “Young Voices for Environmental Rights” in Cyprus! 🇮🇪🇨🇾

Participants representing Global Nexus IE are currently taking part in the Erasmus+ Training Course “Young Voices for Environmental Rights” in Limassol, Cyprus.

Together with youth workers from across Europe, they are exploring the important connection between human rights and environmental rights, discussing the right to a clean, healthy and sustainable environment, and developing practical skills for youth participation, advocacy and local environmental action. 🌱

Through non-formal learning, international exchange and collaborative activities, the project is creating space for new ideas, shared experiences and stronger cooperation between youth workers from different European communities.

We are proud to see our participants representing Global Nexus IE, learning alongside international partners and bringing home new knowledge and methods that can inspire meaningful action with young people in Ireland. 💚

Because protecting our environment also means protecting our rights, our communities and our future. 🌿🌍

💃🌍 When cultures meet, the dance floor speaks every language! 🇪🇺🕺

Modern Divine Comedy is about learning, reflection and personal growth, but Erasmus+ is also about the unforgettable moments we create together. ✨

Our cultural nights brought together the energy of Italy 🇮🇹, Türkiye 🇹🇷, Ireland 🇮🇪, Spain 🇪🇸, Finland 🇫🇮 and Portugal 🇵🇹 through music, dancing, traditions, laughter and plenty of fun.

Participants had the chance to share pieces of their cultures while discovering those of their new friends. Sometimes intercultural learning happens during a workshop, and sometimes it happens while trying to learn a new dance together! 😄💃

Different languages, different traditions, different moves… but one Erasmus+ family. ❤️🌍

These are the moments that turn an international project into memories we will carry home with us.

🌍 Moments from Modern Divine Comedy 🇪🇺✨

A few snapshots, but so many stories behind them. 📸

Modern Divine Comedy is bringing together young people from Italy 🇮🇹, Türkiye 🇹🇷, Ireland 🇮🇪, Spain 🇪🇸, Finland 🇫🇮 and Portugal 🇵🇹 for much more than an international meeting.

Through creative workshops, teamwork, reflection, storytelling and non-formal learning activities, participants are exploring emotions, resilience, self-expression and the importance of supporting one another.

Between the activities, there are also the moments that cannot really be planned: new friendships, conversations between sessions, cultural exchanges, shared jokes and the feeling of becoming part of one international group. 💛

For Youth Group of People Sagittarius, it is wonderful to see the project that started as an idea becoming a real experience shaped by the young participants themselves.

Different countries. Different stories. One shared journey. 🌿

📢 OPEN CALL | GLOBAL NEXUS IRELAND 🇮🇪

Global Nexus Ireland is looking for motivated participants to join the Erasmus+ Training Course “BE VISIBLE – Digital Communication for Better Youth Work”, taking place in Torrox-Costa, Málaga, Spain, from 9–17 November 2026.

📍 Location: Cortijo Amaya, Torrox-Costa, Málaga, Spain
📅 Dates: 9–17 November 2026
🇪🇺 Programme: Erasmus+ Training Course
💡 Topic: Digital Communication for Better Youth Work

The project is designed for youth workers, youth leaders, project coordinators, communication and dissemination officers, social media and content creators, community managers, volunteers and other professionals involved in youth work. Applicants must be 18+, actively involved in work with young people and motivated to transfer the knowledge gained during the project back to their organisation or community.

During the training, participants will explore practical approaches to digital communication, visibility, target-audience analysis, message development, content planning, accessible content creation, community management, digital safety, ethical communication and impact measurement. Participants will also work on developing a digital communication strategy that can be applied within their own organisations.

✈️ Travel: Approved flight tickets will be purchased in advance by the organising team. Participants should travel to Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP), and further transfer information will be provided before the project.

🏡 Accommodation: Provided at Cortijo Amaya in Torrox-Costa.
🍽️ Food: Three meals per day will be provided during the project, with dietary requirements considered when communicated in advance.
