Our Seniors Group had a fantastic time keeping active at their chair aerobics class! 💪😊

Staying active as we get older can improve strength, balance, mobility and overall wellbeing—and it’s always more enjoyable when we do it together.

With the International Day of Older Persons coming up on 1 October, it’s a timely reminder of the important role that family resource and community centres play. They provide welcoming spaces where older people can get out, stay active, maintain friendships and make new ones.

Well done to everyone who took part! 👏
