A lovely day out last Friday for our Senior Citizens Group on our trip to Lullymore Heritage & Discovery Park 🌿

Lullymore is a beautiful heritage and nature centre in County Kildare, set on the edge of the Bog of Allen. It combines woodland walks, gardens, historical exhibits, and interactive displays that highlight the natural and cultural history of the area — making it a really enjoyable and interesting place to visit.

We were truly lucky with the weather, which made the day even more enjoyable as we explored the grounds and took in everything the centre has to offer.

It was great to see so many smiles, chats, and plenty of laughter throughout the day. Trips like these are a wonderful reminder of the importance of getting out, meeting friends, and enjoying new experiences together.

A big thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the day such a success. Already looking forward to the next outing 😊

We were delighted to welcome leaders from Swedish nonprofit organisations to Macro as part of the Fenix professional development programme hosted by Trinity Centre for Social Innovation and the Irish Social Enterprise Network.

Led by Professor Gemma Donnelly-Cox of Trinity Business School, the visit gave participants an opportunity to learn more about the Irish nonprofit and social enterprise sector, while sharing ideas and experiences from Sweden and Ireland.

It was fantastic to host the morning session at Macro before the group continued on to the Spade Enterprise Centre for the afternoon programme.

Thank you to everyone involved for such an engaging and positive visit!

Whether you’re a seasoned grower or just starting out, this is a great chance to:
