Fridays at our Centre hit different! 🌟🙌

Our Mens Shed are a force to be reckoned with in the best way possible 😆

Check out the Michaels doing what they do best and getting everyone in the full weekend spirit🕺✨

But the real star of the show today? Paul, absolutely bringing the house down with his rendition of Elvis’s Wooden Heart! Just look at him go! 🎤🎶❤️

Paul’s heart is as big as his voice, he’s out there every single week helping Peter deliver Meals on Wheels to our local community. 🚗🍲

This is what togetherness looks like. This is community. This is Ballyroan!! 💙

Thinking of dropping in? Our doors are always open, the kettle is always on, and there’s always a seat saved for you. Come join the craic! ☕😊

Morning energy is off the charts today! ☕✨

We have an incredible group of 64 active age members in with us this morning, and the room is absolutely buzzing! 💬❤️

We started off our morning with a quick cup of tea and coffee, lots of chats, and plenty of laughs. We’ve also handed out our suggestion sheets today, we can't wait to hear all the exciting ideas and activities our ladies want to do in the future! 📝💡

Now, it’s time to clear the floor... because for the second half of class, we’re stepping into Line Dancing! 💃🎶

Here’s to staying active, connecting with friends, and learning new moves together!

Huge thank you to Sean, Linda, Marion and Carol for this morning we would be lost without you.

When members of the community hear the mens sheds singing while passing, and ask to sing a song with them 😇

Look at the lads welcoming and helping and making someone's day today, this is what community is all about, you won't get it anywhere else! 🤗

A full house this morning and we wouldn't have it any other way 🥰

Fridays just wouldn't be the same without these two! 🌟

This week’s volunteer shout-out goes to our absolute superstars, Carol and Marion! 💕
From starting the day with warm, welcoming energy to serving everyone with the biggest smiles, and taking care of every single thing in between, these ladies are the heart and soul of our Friday service. Quite simply, Fridays wouldn't happen without them! ☕✨

Carol and Marion, thank you for your endless dedication, kindness, and hard work. We are so grateful for everything you do!

Drop a ❤️ in the comments to show Carol and Marion some love!
