Team OCF Visits Thomond Park!
Team OCF were on site at Thomond Park checking out the incredible location for our upcoming OCF Thomond Park Abseil Challenge on Friday, 9th October 2026. 🍭

A huge thank you to Theresa and the Thomond Park team for looking after us and giving us a behind-the-scenes tour of this iconic stadium. 🏟️

The views from the roof are absolutely breathtaking — and we can’t wait to see participants take the leap for a life-saving cause. Every abseiler will help Oesophageal Cancer Fund raise vital funds for oesophageal cancer awareness, patient support, and research.

This Carers Week, Oesophageal Cancer Fund are proud to shine a light on the incredible family carers who support loved ones affected by oesophageal cancer.

Behind every story is a person offering strength, encouragement, compassion and care—often while balancing many other responsibilities of their own.

Family carers play a vital role throughout the cancer journey, providing practical help, emotional support and a reassuring presence when it matters most.

We celebrate and thank the thousands of family carers across the country whose dedication makes such a difference every day.

. Your support, resilience and kindness do not go unnoticed.
