Home after the most incredible week in Paris for the IBTF World Rhythmic & Freestyle Championships!

We are so proud to be part of team Ireland and take the world stage with our twirling friends.

We had athletes in both the Junior and Senior Level A teams, 1 Rhythmic Twirl, 5 Freestyles, 1 Pair and athletes in the World team.

The week was full of highlights, special memories and moments that will last a lifetime.

From our Greatest Show delivered by the juniors that made everyone smile, the beautiful performance of the Senior Level A and the excellence, artistry and skill of the world team, Ireland was so well represented by a squad that gets stronger all the time and has become a family along the way.

Our Senior pair, Sarah and Nicole, gave a beautiful performance that showcased their strengths in a strong section.

Our freestyles were incredible out there, showing what it means to put your hard work into practice. Having 2 athletes - Megan and Nicole - make the semi final round is more than we ever could have dreamed of when we first started NST.

It has taken 20 years of sweat, perseverance and determination to get this point. We could not be prouder of all of these achievements and know that we are blessed to have such special athletes.

Worlds 2026, you have our heart. Thank you to Twirl Ireland for all that you do for these athletes, they are luckier than they know 🩷

Nationals 2026! 🖤🩷

We've had the best few days at the Twirl Ireland National Championships! So many standout performances in individual events and a fabulous job by all our teams, especially putting out so many new routines.

We also loved having the chance to be part of the squad routines and take the floor with all our twirling friends!

We are blessed with an incredible group of athletes. They really are the best bunch - hardworking and committed but also such good fun, kind, and the best team mates. We are endlessly proud of you all and will never take your achievements for granted.

A special shout out to....
⭐️ Our 5 Top Twirlers - Layla Cahill, Mila Malone, Nicole Stacey, Megan O'Mahoney and Holly Ryan.
⭐️ Our Top Twirler runners up Isla Preston, Zara Doyle, Katie Conroy, Drew Malone, Layla Moloney, Sarah Pickett and Saoirse Lee.
⭐️ Our Rising Star recipient Cara Bradley
⭐️ Top Club 2026!!

Thank you Twirl Ireland Federation - Formerly BTSAI for the enormous effort that goes into a competition like this. Thank you also to our NST parents, they power the crazy train! 🤪

We had the best weekend at the Twirl Ireland Federation - Formerly BTSAI Freestyle and Majorette Cup and Technical trials!

First up was trials for the European Technical Championship in Eindhoven in 2026. There were so many brilliant performances under pressure and we're so excited to have qualified in so many individual events but also to be representing Ireland in Twirl Team and Dance Twirl Team. We also have athletes competing in the National Twirling Corps and can't wait to take to the floor together! 🇮🇪

Next up were our freestyles and pairs. 8 athletes took part in these events for the very first time and did such a great job owning the big floor! So exciting to see all the new routines out there for the first time, well done everyone. 🩷🖤

The final day was teams and groups and from the smallest (a 2 year old!) to the tallest, they brought some of their best performances. We love seeing them all out there, they never fail to entertain and we are very proud of all their hard work and brilliant results! 👏

That's a wrap now on 2025, a year we will not forget for a very long time 🥹

Thank you to Twirl Ireland for another brilliant competition, we're very lucky to have these opportunities.

See ya soon 2026 ➡️
