It does not matter how long you've been training, your level of ability or your age. All that matters is that you are interested in progressing and learning parkour. :)

Day 2: Saturday vaults.
I love a bit of a rail flow
I was very busy this month of March, as I unwillingly joined a gym and I was doing my pole fitness, so I didn't have much free time.
I was doing pole fitness and the gym on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

I'm hoping to get more training done this month!

I'm copying with my Day 1 if training and I'm going to build up my training!
I'm delighted that I got a chance to do a bit of training in my favourite spot.
It's been over 5 months since I've been training and this month I've been going to a 'gym' that has been so boring but I'm trying something new and giving it a go!

I can definitely feel my legs being stronger but I need to build my endurance for training again!
For now, I can jump 7 of my own feet and my vault game is still pretty good but I need to retrain monkeys, Kong's, reverse and butterfly vault again and dust off the cobwebs!

So let's see what will happen!

Finally back at it!
It's been a while, 5 months to be exact!
The last time I was training was September, then I was knackered in October, then I started pole fitness and drum lessons in November, then I was chilling in December and January.
We had 51 days straight of rain in Ireland, so training outside was not happening!
And I'm just back from a fabulous snowboarding trip in February!

I love all movement, it's so hard to try to focus on just one!!

Thank you so much to the anonymous donator who very generously donated €30 to me in support of LauraLynn, Ireland's Children's Hospice.

Every cent goes a long way to support the many families that rely on LauraLynn for guidance and care.

Thank you so much.
