Some highlights from last night at The Ireland Funds ‘Evening of Culture and Creativity’ in IMMA.

ITMA was delighted to be invited to curate a short programme as part of the night highlighting both the importance of the arts and the vital role philanthropy plays in supporting the arts. A special thanks to Brendan Gleeson who joined us to speak about his plans for his next project with ITMA, and to John Carty, James Carty and Ciarán Ó Maonaigh.

Thanks also to Gary Dunne and Siobhán Gallagher and the wonderful team in The Ireland Funds for their continued support.

Another full house for Claire Egan & James Carty last night in Miltown Malbay for the Down the Back Lane series🎵

The connection between London and West Clare, like many other parts of the country, runs deep, and it was reflected throughout the evening in the tunes, stories and memories of the many great musicians who travelled between both places and helped shape the tradition.

A huge thank you to James for making the trip over and to Claire for sharing her wonderful music with us.

A special night, and plenty more concerts in the pipeline.🎶
