Public Consultation on MARLAY PARK CONCERTS closes Wednesday 8 April

Dรบn Laoghaire Rathdown County Council (DLRCC) have a public consultation open on how best to manage the proposed music concerts this Summer. Key issues are traffic management and parking on Grange Road & Taylors Lane within SDCC area and closing off large sections of the park from the public.

The concerts do generate significant revenue for DLRCC.

โš ๏ธ Weather Update | Status Orange Rain Warning โš ๏ธ

The SDCC Severe Weather Assessment Team (SWAT) continues to respond to ongoing adverse weather conditions across the county.

๐ŸŒง๏ธ Met ร‰ireann Status Orange rain warning is in place for Dublin & Wicklow from 12 noon today (Thursday 5 Feb) to 12 noon Friday 6 Feb.
๐ŸŒŠ River levels remain high, with further rainfall expected on already saturated ground.
๐Ÿž๏ธ All SDCC Parks will remain closed today (Thursday 5 Feb) in the interest of public safety.

Our crews are active across the county, monitoring river levels, clearing debris and blockages, and preparing for possible flooding impacts. A limited supply of sandbags is available and will be deployed where required, with priority given to critical infrastructure and areas at immediate risk.
