Brilliant day today in the Dóchas Centre, where Seàn, Frances, Dionne, Mary, and Tucker were invited in to speak with the women as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. They shared insights on the positive impact football can have on mental health and discussed how the women can get involved in our weekly sessions, both inside the Dóchas and through the Link programme outside.

I am very sad to announce the passing of Paul O’Neill who represented Ireland at the Homeless World Cup in Brazil 2010. Paul was goalkeeper in that excellent team who reached the Q finals of the competition. Paul was not only a great keeper but he had a keen sense of humour and bonded easily with all he came into contact with. He will be remembered fondly by all his teammates and staff who had the privilege to be in his company as part of that team in Brazil 2010. Our sincere condolences to his family and friends. Rest in Peace Paul
