This evening's Fightclub sessions featured both our juniors and our seniors. Our junior members were concentrating on Grading. The seniors also had a productive session, working on movement and combinations.
Kickboxing is a great way to burn calories, relieve stress, improve coordination and balance, not to mention your overall fitness.
Our junior classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6.30pm with our senior classes on straight after at 7.30pm.
