Rainbow Clubhouse Rainbow Clubhouse is an innovative, member led community based model for people with mental health difficulties.

Membership is open to anyone with a history of Mental Health Difficulties. Members of the clubhouse are given the opportunity to join a world of friendship and ongoing support while on their recovery journey. We encourage and motivate each other through the ups and downs that life throws at us.

🌈 Rainbow Clubhouse, were delighted to welcome students from Penn State University visiting us from the USA to Ireland for their third year in a row.

It was a great example of Ireland meeting the USA through shared learning, connection, and a common commitment to mental health recovery. We were proud to share the Clubhouse Model and the importance of community, belonging, and hope in recovery-focused mental health support.

We explored beautiful show gardens, sampled some amazing food, picked up plenty of inspiration, and enjoyed the sunshine along the way. A great mix of creativity, community, and fun – already looking forward to next year!

🌈 Rainbow Clubhouse had our resident guest speaker in today, Barbara from the Marie Keating Foundation, who delivered an informative talk on skin cancer awareness. Barbara spoke about the signs and symptoms to look out for, along with preventative steps we can all take to help reduce the risk of skin cancer. A big thank you to Barbara for sharing such valuable information and helping us learn how to take better care of our health.
